Today I went to an interesting little bar called Simone’s
located in Chicagos Pilsen neighborhood on the corner of Morgan and 18th
Street. The bar has a great atmosphere, a diverse beer menu, awesome food, and solar
panels?

That’s right Simone’s bar is a 3 Star Certified Green
Restaurant that boasts rooftop solar panels, and an interior décor made
entirely out of recycled material.
The main feature is the pinball ramps that decorate the walls of each
booth.
